This festival will not only launch the Civic Education Strategy but also serve as a platform for ministries and government offices - including the Office of the President, Vice President, First Lady and Chief Minister - to connect directly with citizens.

Through engaging activities centred around President Bio’s Big 5 agenda and vibrant cultural celebrations, the festival will encourage national unity, civic pride, and active citizenship.
